Samsung SCX-3201G Laser Multifunction Printer Driver and Software

The Samsung SCX-3201G is a multifunctional printer with optimal scanning and copying functions. Part of the printer specifications is a resolution of up to 1200 x 1200 dots per inch (dpi). It runs at a speed of up to 16 pages per minute (ppm) when working on an A4 paper.

Duplex printing, which allows printing on both sides of the item, is possible through manual means. It then produces the very first page in under 8.5 seconds with support for SPL and PCL5e.

During the copying process, the time to first copy is less than 10 seconds with an ID card copy function. Then the copy resolution is also up to 1200 x 1200 dpi for sufficient output quality.

It can also create a multi-copy item that can provide up to 99 copies of an original document. The copy speed is up to 16 copies per minute, even with A4 paper. This speed may vary for other standard font sizes for the same printer model.

Scanning is done using the color CIS scanning function, which can scan to PC at a standard resolution of 1200 × 1200 dpi. However, the resolution can be up to 4800 x 4800 dpi with TWAIN and WIA standard compatibility features.

The device can handle up to 150 sheets of paper in the input tray, but only 50 sheets as output. The Samsung SCX-3201 model supports A4, A5, Legal, Executive, Folio, Oficio, ISO B5, JIS B5, Envelopes, and custom pricing.

In terms of compatible media types, the selection includes plain, thin, cotton, recycled, archival, color, pre-printed and thick paper. Others include a label, bond paper, envelopes, cardboard and transparent films. Then there is a liquid crystal display (LCD) with 2 LEDs to show the printer status every time.
