Samsung ProXpress SL-C2670FW – an all-in-one office printer, copier, scanner and fax – makes itself the printer that everyone on your team can use. With an MSRP of $699.99, toner of $108.99 for black and $101.99 for cyan, yellow and magenta, this printer is aimed at media-savvy teams looking for a single machine that solves many problems.

Not only are these copier, scanner, and fax features up to the standards you’d expect from a printer you spend $700 on, but they’re also accessible through the Samsung Mobile Print app. The model is much more suitable for the small to medium team, and its 600 dpi output, currently an industry standard, produces both rich photos and crisp text.

It has two paper inputs, a main compartment at the bottom of the device and an input tray for other media. It accepts legal size paper 8.5 x 14 inches. The front-loading input tray accepts paper up to 220gsm, allowing you to print beautiful photos on heavyweight glossy paper, as well as labels, envelopes and card stock.

Integration with Samsung’s mobile offerings helps this printer stand out from the competition. While users with Android and iOS devices can access all of the device’s features over a Wi-Fi network via the Samsung Mobile Print app, Samsung Galaxy devices can communicate via NFC with the Samsung ProXpress SL-C2670FW, the same great Technology like Apple’s use in its recent ApplePay purchasing feature.

Although Samsung is not the first iOS app or mobile printing solution, they have created a very good user interface. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use. I was able to easily choose between the different albums in my iPhone 6’s photo library and print either one or more images at a time.

Noise, which is almost always a damning problem with printers, isn’t a problem here. After getting home late one night, I sent a job to the printer using the app on my phone, which resulted in a quick and painless print. None of my easily woken up roommates were woken up, so it’s safe to say this machine will fit seamlessly into your office environment.
