Samsung ML-2950D Laser Printer Drivers and Software

The print quality becomes exceptional with the Samsung ML-2950D workgroup printer. It uses an internal power supply coupled with its ideal laser printing technology. Then the print production speed is up to 29 pages per minute (ppm) when printing in letter format.

However, if the printer works with A4 size paper, the rate is about 28 pages per minute in black and white. Connectivity is via the standard USB 2.0 port and an Ethernet LAN port.

There is also automatic duplex printing, which allows the Samsung ML-2950D to automatically print on both sides of the sheet. Printing out the first few pages also takes less than 8.5 seconds when writing from active mode.

Additionally, this printer model supports multiple language simulations for optimal delivery of quality printing. For example, the device works with PCL 5e, PCL 6 and the Samsung Printer Language (SPL).

In terms of paper handling, the device has a first input tray that can hold 250 sheets of plain paper. In addition to the main compartment, there is a manual feeder that holds one sheet of paper at a time.

Then it supports bond paper, cotton, envelopes, labels, plain paper, recycled, thick, thin and transparent films. In terms of recommended media sizes, they include A4, A5, A6, Executive, Folio, B5, Legal, Letter A and Officio.

The Samsung ML-2950D package also includes a starter toner cartridge that can produce up to 1000 pages. Besides, there is also a built-in processor that can run at a speed of up to 533 MHz. The print server also improves the networking process, along with the data connection protocol for connectivity options. Its internal memory that supports processor performance is up to 64 MB RAM.
